Posted by Madabout News on Wednesday, January 24th, 2007 at 11:03 PM

If you've been following the progress of the Murtaya by Adrenaline Motorsports (see previous news releases on Madabout-Kitcars.com) but havn't quite managed to see it in the flesh yet then the press release from the company will be of interest to you as it outlines the planned events the Murtaya will feature at.

Adrenaline do point out that this is a provisional calender so contact the company first for confirmation if a particular event gets your attention.

Adrenaline point out that although all dates are provisional this is seen as a minimal level of activity. Other events will be added as they occur.

At all track days passenger rides will be available and the Murtaya is also scheduled to compete at least three times in Cornish speed events.

Meanwhile the first customer Adrenaline Murtaya, the Subaru based 2 seater sportscar that has been hailed as a ‘milestone’ kit car was readied for delivery yesterday. The rolling chassis, still in its original GRP black is set to be transported to its new owner in the Midlands next week.

“It’s good to see the first customer car going out,” said Tom Taylor, Adrenaline’s Production Director, “We took the order for this car following the Total Kit Car Live track day in October and its good to see our first customer car going out exactly on schedule.”

“Our order book is filling up rapidly,” added Neil Yates, MD of Adrenaline Motorsport, “We filled our target for orders for 2006 and are taking deposits for build slots throughout 2007. We are already well on track to fulfilling our target of 34 cars in our first full year.”

The first Murtaya is currently heavily employed as a customer demonstration car and is pounding the Cornish lanes daily while the company are just about to begin building a lightweight track day version of the car, a vehicle that will boast just short of 500BHP!

If you want to contact the company further information can be found on their website www.adrenalinemotorsport.co.uk

And don't forget to tell them you heard about it at Madabout-Kitcars.com!
