Must be Brexit digging up old news then. This was posted today on social media. Sorry I didnt notice the date.

And since that article the EU has made it less onerous by removing the MOT test from older cars....... what a crazy idea :icon_frown: I can understand a reduced need (maybe every 2 years for pre 1962 cars) but to remove completely is asking for trouble.
I don't want to introduce politics to the forum, so I'll say no more.

Hot off the press then. I was just talking to Authur Wellesley the other day and he says that the French are planning to dig a tunnel under the channel...

Does anyone know if the MOT exemption date is going to be rolling?
My old Jag is 1962 and it only does about 1K a year, MOT exemption would be very nice.

Don't tell the Daily Mail, they will go into Brexit meltdown.
