Just registered

Not sure if i am in the right place after looking at some of the posts on here , the amount of exotic kit cars is mind boggling.
Anyway i have a Duple coachworks Triumph herald based kit car, that is built from plywood and aluminium, i am hoping to obtain some information on it from this forum , as at this stage i have exhausted all avenues.
hoping some one might be able to shed some light on it.

Not sure if that badge goes with the car to tell you the truth

Look at this badge on eBay it for a vintage cach and google it and points to coaches

Pretty sure that's a Burlington arrow ...but I am sure someone with more knowledge than me will be along to confirm

Hi Horse,
Redrat is correct. Duple Coachbuilders used to build busses. That radiator grill is just something that the builder thought suited the car.

Yes i am aware of that, you are both probably right, but who's to say a member of staff didn't build it at the Duple workshop and had a laugh with the badge

+1 on the Burlington.

To be honest i have never heard of a Burlington arrow , i wouldn't be familiar with the kit car names as i never had much interest in them but i automatically assumed the one i have is different to the norm being plywood and aluminium rather than fibreglass which appealed to me

That would be invaluable as well as make the revamping a lot easier.
