dna 250 california
hi all,z3's in the garage, start stripping saturday....
|
ferrep63 - Welcome to the forum.
The Tribute Z3 based builds give the impression that the strip down process is quite straight forward. It will be good to see how the DNA kit goes together. Feel free to post lots of photos, as build threads need photos. :icon_wink: Good luck, Paul. :) |
Good luck with the build
Post as much pics and info on here and the Dna owners forum Strip down shouldn't take to long , maybe a good days work Are you going to sell the parts ? |
hi tricky, not to good on a computer im afraid, not worked out how to post pics yet.i will sell all the parts when the body is fitted and off to the paint shop, dont want to sell any thing i might need.ive bought a 2.8 manual with electric roof.ive never even looked at a z3 before, what a great drivers car.rear wheel drive have always been better.will try and post some pics.
|
hi Paul L,sorry for late reply, started today, had a good run out before it went in the garage.its now on axle stands and part stripped.wheels, arch liners, front belly pan, door cards and mirrors all off, needed to have a look at pass window,it was a bit slow and jerky, ive spray siliconed the runners and copper slipped the mechanism.working fine now.trying to post pics!

Hope it helps, Paul. :) If I click on the attachment "DSC03889.jpg" then you can see both the photo and an "address" at the top of the screen: http://www.madabout-kitcars.com/foru...2&d=1463770556 If you put at the end, the photo will appear in the post. So the code will look something like this: And this will be how it will appear. http://www.madabout-kitcars.com/foru...2&d=1463770556 |
