Mid bike engine to driveshaft

Hi everyone.

Was looking at the build series kit car crisis. They were building a mid engined bike engined car. It used a sprocket on the engine which then in turn, connected to driveshafts.

On the 5EXi forum, we are having prblems with driveshaft angles (being too acute on the smaller driveshaft). One option is to move the drivetrain further back to make the driveshafts straighter (big job with other factors that would need altering). Is there such a thing that convert a gearbox that accepts driveshafts to somehow convert as the bike engined car above?
