Sportster brake hoses

Just a quick sanity check on getting my second set of brake hoses from Marlin. Although using an e39 donor my front calipers etc are e36.
The replacement hoses still have banjo fittings for the front calipers. This is not what BMW used and doesn't look to me as though you can get a good angle from the hose to the wishbone to allow for steering movement etc.
What have other people had in their kits?
At least this set has matching male/female connectors for joining the front hoses together.

I scrapped the Marlin front flexibles. Didn't like the idea of banjo bolts on a caliper moving side to side. I ordered a set of hel hoses last week. 450mm long. M10x1mm male swivel fitting into the caliper and then an m10x1mm female on the other end. I would check the length measurements for the required hose on your car as it depends where you position the bulkhead fitting from the engine bay

At the rear I have a central T piece with flexible lines going around the e39 subframe out to the rear calipers. Can supply pics if needed.

Thanks Craig. That is what I was planning to do as I couldn't see me ending up being happy with the banjo bolts. I just wanted a sanity check as in my mind Marlin only fixed half the issues when they swapped out the hose kit. Banjo fittings just make no sense on those calipers.
