Side repeaters

Hi guys
What side repeaters do you use? I don’t want to spending a fortune on coffin shaped replica ones but can’t find a similar shape on another car. Thinking of probably re using the Z3 ones. What have people used in the past?
Thanks
Hugh

The coffin shaped ones are the only way to go, any others just look cheap and nasty. Small details make a big difference.

I'd be inclined to go for some of the 'teardrop shape' BMW ones, or another one that's caught my eye as being 'in period' is the Ford Mondeo Mk4 one!

some original cars have used the old Fiat 500 round ones as well.

I've bought from this seller and the parts are a fraction of the cost of originals and good quality.

Thanks for all the advice I’ve decided to bite the bullet and buy the coffin shaped ones recommended by jaguartvr

Well done, it really is worth the extra expense. I see a few 250 come up for sale with cheap indicators and lights, saves a few quid but it really ruins the finished effect. Headlights are another cosmetic item, I know the 250's came with standard headlights but so many have been fitted with the Lucas P700 lights with the tribar that when I see a plain pair they just look wrong, which is of course wrong!

Whilst the little extras can add up, the cost is a drop in ocean compared to the final build cost. But all the details add to the final look of the car and to its finished value.
