1953 Rolling Chassis comes with free...
...Rover P4.
The car is a resto project to far according to the wife so has to go. The engine is seized so you will need a trailer but the rest is probably recoverable or just remove and use the chassis and running gear to do your thang. It owes me about £1,000 but anything over £500 considered. The closer to £500 you offer, the more bits of trim I might have to sell off before you arrive :-) If you are only after the chassis and mechanicals then this shouldn't matter. Collect with cash from Southampton. PM for photos, details or to arrange an inspection. |
Also - Splitting a 1953 early slope tail, bench seat Rover P4. Let me know what you want before I sell the bits from the rolling chassis

6 cylinder or 4

6 - the good one. Alloy bonnet, boot and doors so no rot there. Also factory fit radio, work shop manual and other stuff that makes it too good to refuse.

That's a shame- a cheap eligible Mille Miglia car there. However, the rear end always looked too far gone to me.
|
The rear isn't as bad as it looks. I you wanted to a proper restore you can buy the rear valance parts which are too far gone and then it is just the bottom 1/2 inch of the rear wings and a couple of patches in the boot corners.

Eddisons CJM Auctions have 116 lots including Rover P4s and spares available until 18 July.

Had a few people sniffing around so either they buy or I wait for Marylyns next demand to shift it when new options open
