Bought this a few years ago and parked it up with all the others :shock:

dragged it out the other day and gave it a good look over

the plan was to get it ready (sort of) to put on our VW club stand at this years classic car show at the NEC :ohwell:

hmmmmm....

I kinda hoped it would need a rub down - splash of paint - and an engine in :pmsl:

oh well ... reality strikes :lol: It looks like I need to strip it down and start over :shake:

I will therfore take the opportunity to rebuild it on a 60's chassis I have knocking around.

anyway .... watch this space :tup:

I dont have the log book for it though.

What is the score with the new VOSA stuff on registering a VW Beetle with a new body shell ?
