Le Mans Classic 2018
 

A bit late posting this , but is anyone on here going to the Le Mans Classic in a couple of weeks time ?
I'll be down there, meeting up with a few regulars and making the most of one of the best events of the year.

I will be there with a dozen or so car club friends, we have rented a gite nearby.
We've been to the last two meetings and tried to get a club stand this time but as we drive replicas of a certain Italian make who sponsor the event organisers they would not let our cars in so we'll be parked in the public car park.

Have to agree with you that it is one of the best events around.

My Italian replica is ongoing so I won't be taking it this time ! I want to get to some of the events in this country before the end of the season, fingers crossed. I've just come in from the garage for a cool down, its 35 degrees in there at the moment !

I'm following your build thread and can't wait to see the finished article. It looks like you are at the opposite end of the country to me but there's always Stoneleigh next year.

Taking Sam to school this morning from Hamworthy , we go past Poole Ferry terminal and we saw a whole heap of classic sports cars heading towards the 7 am ferry ...they had to be on their way to Le Mans ...
