Will you be starting a new thread for the convertible version?

Can't wait to see the finished results.

Dan will be.

We still have to provide Kidge with his hard top kit. The body shown will be modified to provide the buck for the convertible mould.

Jaguartvr 18th August 2016 21:17

Convertible with a modified hardtop would be nice.
I wonder if that nice Dan will do a Daytona:eyebrows:

Lucky@LeMans 18th August 2016 21:31

I think the Z3 soft top will work well on the 275 convertible.

WorldClassAccident 18th August 2016 21:35

Probably look better than the originals

A bit like the 250swb without the beer ledge at the rear.

Now where can one get seats like that?

Paul L 19th August 2016 05:16

Tribute - It is great to see the first panels being created, this should be another great kit.

Chris & Dan - I hope everything works out well for both your companies going forward.

Good luck, Paul. :)

Ordering one will be way to make the model available sooner rather than later.
Its not a great risk there has never been an ugly Tribute and all the hard work has been done

The OMP Silverstone Classic Bucket is very similar and @ £160 each not too expensive.

Thanks for that but very similar to the Intatrim ones I tried at Stoneleigh. Classic Italian seats were more rounded.
I had ones of the right shape in my 1960 TVR, and no seatbelts !!!

I'll likely end up with Cobra type seats providing I can find the correct shade of brown to suit the period.
