Apologies for questioning, but is that an assumption you have made, of do you know it to be the case? AIUI a vendor can only charge the customer the %tage of VAT which they (the vendor) have to pay...

Looks good - Does anyone know what the VAT is? Not such a daft question (I hope) as I believe tribute are (were?) on the reduced VAT scheme offered for smaller turnover.
