They can take legal action against you for non payment, which you obviously will defend but they cannot keep you car. Only the court can issue such a demand....

Yes I fully appreciate that any project and development needs to be viable.
The TVR will be a great option. Especially with the option of the V8 engine.
The non IVA route is also another big bonus....

Don't know if you have found decided on the rear glass but have you looked at the Renault Laguna. Saw one today and the rear glass has a nice curved shape to it. Might work.
