First time I've been to the Festival of Speed in years, and I thought the kit car turn-out was good. Chesil, Suffolk Sportscars, Sebring, Rayvolution and the GT40 Enthusiasts' Club all had stands....

I would want the V5 changed before I bought the car if it were me. The worst case scenario (and one that's quite likely) is that the car will need to go through an IVA test to get the V5 changed.

There's been no change to the rules - you always needed to put body conversions through the test, but in the early days it was often possible to register a body conversion without a MAC certificate....
