I'm guessing you are using an earlier Rover 400 heater assy, not a 400/45 model?

Anyway I'm happy, got my Metro heater and fabricated fan box fitted yesterday. Looking good...

Has anyone fitted the older Rover 200/400 heater box in the 5exi?

I'm not sure it is the same as the newer 200/25 one. I don't fancy stripping the dash out of a car to find out I need the newer...
