Had a good look at the job the other day and have taken all the plastic off the side of the seats where the switches go and am going to reposition the switches on the console behind the handbrake....

I can see from your pictures where I am going wrong. I have missed out the yellow wire from the seat. I see it needs to be earthed and joined to the black wire

Thanks. I’m doing the same, I’ve propped the seats up on the back of the car and am running wires to the harness tas a temporary solution

Specialist Cars of Malton are primarily a top end second hand Porsche dealer. They have some amazing cars in stock at eye watering prices. I think they have priced this wrong though.
