Rich's is good, that there is no doubt, but it is easier to align the non-door version I would imagine. If you look at his car closely, you realise that he has had to accept compromises too, such as the level of his rear bulkhead capping.
Every car I've looked at has had different obstacles, and owing to the varying dimensions of all the parts, no two cars can adopt the same solution. The trick is to hide your known bodges as best you can.
