Here's a rough spec of my Sylva Leader (it's only purpose is going to be as a track car )

Sylva Leader Q9770 JKN

Sylva Number -syl5841007

Built in 1985 with about 6k on the clock & I am the 3rd owner

Engine

Ford 1600 711M Block

Bored and fitted with 1300 pistons 10.5:1 Compression

Balanced & lightened bottom end

Lightened flywheel

Stage 3 Cam

Bestek Electronic ignition

Cylinder Head ported with Mexico valves & all steel rocker gear

Four branch Mexico manifold to custom side exit bike can

Fuel
Twin 40 Dellortos supplied by an electric Jag XJS U fuel pump & Viva fuel tank.

Gearbox

Rebuilt Capri 1600 GT

Brakes

Front -New Vauhall Magnum twin pot calipers on 9" disks

Rear - Viva drums

Suspension

Rear - Viva Front - Viva lowered 2"

Wheels

Revolution 4 spoke shod with Hankook 175/70 x13"

Fit some decent bucket seats

Build a new dash panel, probably aluminium


It's apparently chucking out 130bhp - whether I believe that or not :/

I'd like to know what your estimates to the power output would be?
