Well done that man.
Vosa seem to be having some issues with emissions tests at the moment. My local garage tried to fail my car on its MOT emissions test (having passed with flying colours previous years). It seems they were using the emissions test based on the age of the car - not what was in the log book.
Just can't get the staff...
