Surely the whole idea of a 'cool induction kit' it to situate the air filter in a cooler area (preferably with stale air not forced) so the engine gets cooler air = which is denser = more Oxygen = better combustion = more power. You have routed it from the cooler side of the engine to the hotter side, next to the exhaust?
Surely this would lose power?

Well spotted, I'm still waiting on a delivery of nice angled blue pipe which will fit between the maf and chrome pipe to take the filter further away from exhaust and radiator .
Also planning on putting an ally heat shield in.
