The air is blowing out the front? You'd need to swap the + and - so it sucks rather than blows
- if you have an adjustable thermostat turn it down a little. It's pretty normal for it to turn the fan off again once your underway as the airflow from driving is normally enough to keep it at the right temp. My M20 runs 75c until I stop in traffic then it goes over 80c, the fan then brings it down to 80c where it stays even when the fan turns off.
