immobiliser
I had standard ignition lock with no extra immobiliser for my sva test and it passed, I intend to fit push button start later.
The SVA manual is written in such a way that things can be interpreted in a number of ways which is pretty much the ministry of transport standard ala mot manual. If you want to know for certain before going for test I would ring and ask at the sva station you intend taking it to.
I fitted a cat when I didn't need to and the tester said you should have rang me and I would have told you, I do think they take calls and give advice as he did so during my test.
