as I've used Sytec before but I can't find anything that says Ethanol in their spec sheet or a R9 variant.
The Goodyear spec is very clear....

and specifically states...
"Compatibile with gasoline, ethanol extended fuels, diesel and biodiesel fuels"
I can see why the industry is confused in Germany!!
