Undo the bolts holding the other end to the diff flange, let it drop down and you will then be able to withdraw the prop from the back of the gearbox. The seal is a fairly easy fit, reassemble in the reverse order. Just be aware that when you withdraw the prop from the gearbox it will dump all its oil AND IT STINKS! Make sure you have access to the fill plug on the side as on a lot of kit cars it can be a bugger to get at.
