That looks like the part
Just being called different things between models
ECU will steadily control amount of boost, using that part, until 11.7 PSI as the revs and throttle are applied. So say 11.7 PSI at the top end.
The manual ones will give you full boost as soon as the turbo is ready at approximatly 2.5K revs!
