That's exactly the way I read it Paul.
I'd recommend a very laid back seat for any Sammio. The cockpit is quite shallow, even with lowered floor pans, so upright seats leave your head and shoulders sticking up into the wind blast, which spoils both the aerodynamics and your coiffure, assuming you have hair. IMHO, the bigger the difference between measurements 'B' and 'C' the better.
If you take a look at my seats, they're mounted a long way forward but leg room isn't a problem. I'm 179cm with unusually long upper leg bones, but I have to slide the seat forward a couple of notches for the best position.
Anyway, I've got some sanding to do now so good luck finding the right seats.
