I do love the clean look of Richards Z300 and im sure it must have passed an MOT.
The lack of reflectors, fog light and reverse light means that the police could still pull you for not complying with construction and use.
I love driving something different and being stopped by the police so they can have a look at it is a common occurance so I will have to comply the best I can

Don't worry the rest of the build will take place out in the elements, I could get used to having a garage though :P
