Are you based in the UK?
Do you want to drive the finished V12 Cobra on the road, or is it going to be a trailered track day car?
Are you familiar with either BIVA or the DVLA 8 point rule?
The good news is there is nothing stopping you building a Corba using a custom chassis with a V12 engine.
The bad news is that changes linked to ‘Vehicles of Historic Interest’ give the
impression that the Government are now paying much close attention to ‘custom’ cars than they used to.
