Refurb wheel looks good Tony.
You could always spray some "chrome"paint on a old bucket or something and then try to clear coat it, then if it works okay.
Like I said, when I tried it, the lovely silver "chrome paint" turned into a horrible rough grey sandpaper like texture. I was gutted!
