Not on the competition bodies (which were directly the province of Scuderia Ferrari and not of Sergio Scaglietti) - they had a filler cap set within the boot lid, and since the DNA 250 is modelled directly on the alloy body, with its broad "shelf" just below the boot... well, wouldn't the through-the-boot-lid filler be more appropriate anyway?
Caveat: I know very little about those Italian cars.
