It's quite shocking. That car does not use the MGB "chassis" - how can it? It's as illegal as a cut-and-shut Vauxhall Corsa yet it is happily advertised for sale. It should have had a Q plate when it was put together (all you needed then was an MOT and a cursory visit from a local inspector). To register it now would be nigh-on impossible.
That vehicle is only good for spares. The V5 needs to be submitted as "scrapped" and those number plates binned.
Can you tell that this sort of thing makes me cross?
