landmannnn - Today, my wife bought me a new wooly hat for the winter months.
It was only £3 from Primark, so I wore it this afternoon and it was a big improvement on my old one.
Shortly I will be digging out my thermals and intend to keep working through the winter as best I can.
Progress during the winter will never be as good as during the summer months, but all progress helps.
