Front & rear balance is sort of simple as you can buy a balance adjuster, which you fit into the rear brake line. Not sure if you may be able to fit this to your car or what your brake parts your using.

Exactly - not too worried because I can fit a reducer if I need to. I think it's OK for SVA as long as it can't be adjusted easily (I imagine as long as you need tools to adjust it would be ok for SVA). I can put the knob back on afterwards
