As there is a guy called Kev whose user name is
kapri over on the Rods 'n' Sods forum.
Without doubt he is the expert on all things DVLA related.
Due to some health issues he now only offers specific advice in return for a donation to charity.
He also runs a Facebook group for BIVA builders.
I'm not on Facebook myself, but would highly recommend Kev if you want to avoid a Q plate.
