Not sure if you a wiring diagram or not but
this PDF might be helpful. It contains all diagrams for all the Marlin circuits. It was done for a VAG engine, but should be fine to use for Rover engine.
It should show how all the lighting circuits, fog, indicators etc need to be wired in.
What did you get in the way of the Marlin loom?
