Only just seen your door problem, I don't seem to get on the site very much theses days Degsy!
I had exactly the same problem, and my solution was covered on my build thread with all the pictures showing how I fixed it.
In short, I sliced halfway through the upright bit which leaned too far inwards, straightened it out into the more upright position I needed, and simply glassed it back together.
I cannot remember which page the pics were on! So don't ask, it was a bit fiddly but simple enough to do.
