Now my brain hurts as I own something with a serrated friction type lock mechanism with a thumb bolt that is exactly what you need for the windscreen and I can't think what it is, the lower glass in the screen is very nice you could probably use plexi for the lower then the folding portion would be square and cheap. That bulk head picture is amusing looks similar to some of the creations my daughter welds up with the MIG, my grandma was a lot like Edie Pegden Weslie's wife, makes me smile when I watch them now. Ed.
