Err yes, a broken brush shaft and an hexoctagonaltriangular bit of old Marlin floor board from the original Berli passenger side floor, just so he could claim the cradle racer was actually a Marlin!

I'm sure when the time comes I will devise some sort of dog clutch or Schnorr serrated coupling, possible even have my own lathe again by then, I had a lovely Colchester 6" with vari speed but had nowhere to store it and it was ruined by the weather, ended up in the scrap.

Had an uninspiring day today, painted the new exhaust brackets, which meant taking the tail pipes off again, took it for a test drive and horrified my neighbour by spraying gravel about fifty yards giving it a boot full setting off on the back lane. My goodness it can pick it's feet up, it's going to be a handful in the wet...

Main floor all bolted in, final fitted. Have spent two hours polishing the rods I have kinked before I weave them into a mesh.
