A few of us do ride outs during the summer. We get back, drop the bikes off and stroll to the pub. Coming back from the pub I tripped over a kerb on the stagger home, still wearing my full biking gear. Grazed my leg and shoulder badly and was bruised all top one side, took a week to get over the aches and pains, this was tripping over, god knows what I would feel like coming off a 50mph.
