Post the picture on an internet site.
Right click on the image.
Select "Copy Image Location" or "Copy Image URL"
Put the [ img] and paste and you will get something like
https://zroadster.org/proxy.php?imag...68855983727327
Put the [/img ] and then save
You should get the picture
*Make sure you copy the image LOCATION or URL and not just Copy Image
