So with body in postion its time to sort the hanging of the door. I already did some work before finally fitting the body, photos show how i did it.
With the old door and hinge arrangement removed. I cut a piece of 18mm thick marine ply and marked out the original holes for the hinges and drilled them clear to suit the bolts.
the next three phots show both the wooden suports fastened to the body of the bulkhead.
The next job was fitting body.
