Money pit for sure but that could be negated to some extent by the price you negotiate for the car as it is.
Main points for IVA I would have thought would be the radius tests in the frontal area and dash. The appropriate markings on the glass to be correct and it looks like those wheels are protruding so would need sorting. Emissions and proving provenance of the donor and engine.
I can't recall a Daytona going through an IVA test lately (I'm a member of the Daytona Replica OC) but would have thought the overall design is fairly IVA compliant, it is just getting the detail right.
