Just been reading through this thread about windows. Just my pennies worth, does is say anywhere that a car requires these windows? Why not just not put them in? If they are there then they have to follow the rules of being E marked and safety glass etc but if there isnt side or rear windows then no rule applies.
A few years back when i had all my windows tinted on my car (including the front drivers and passengers) when i got pulled over by the police, i simply had to have the windows down because if they where up it made them illegal on a public road.
