I intend to use the alloy strip intended for the door top on the join on the sill. It fits neatly and clears the door when it is opened.
I was watching the DNA 2fifty build video (too wet to go outside today) and thought that if I built one, I would fit a sill panel like the tribute, tucking the ends in under the front and rear wing like an MGB. This would just give two small vertical line on the sill. The idea behind this is that I would make the front and rear sections bolt on and not glued on. Some parts on the DNA look as if they would be very hard to remove with the front bonded on, such as the radiator.
