Tribute are very careful about using the words “1960s style” to describe the 250 kit.
Whereas, Richard uses the “F” word and calls it a “NUBODI AUTOMOTIVE 250 SWB koupe” kit in his advertising.

If I was a betting man, I would
guess any
potential issue would be with the use of the name, not the shape.
But what do I know?
