That's a shame.
I thought that might be the case when I looked through the list of exhibitors on the show website, which appeared to be very sparse to me.
It's possibly another example of the internet killing traditional retailing - twenty-five years ago, apart from magazine coverage, the only way a kit manufacturer could get its product in front of interested customers was to display it at a show.
These days, anyone who's interested in building a kit is just a few clicks away from all the information they need to make their decision, apart from physically seeing and touching the finished article, and it's been that way for at least a decade.
It would still be good to have a show where manufacturers and owners can display their cars, but I suspect you're right about needing to piggyback with the classic car and/or hotrod scene.
