Am i right in thinking the below ?

1.Base car purchase - buyer sources

2.GRP panel kit = £1695

3.Roll cage/Shell Brace= £275

4.Lights and headlight covers = £130

5.Alloy wheels and tyres = buyer sources

6. Prep and paint from = buyer sources

Is there anything else needed for the exterior ??

Hi, Welcome to the forum.

Your question is one that we are asked by most customers, and this is a good excuse to put down in black and white the costs we have found from building our "demo" cars. Our cars have been put together on a low budget, as that's what we have had available, but this is a good thing when customers are generally in the same boat.

Using our red demo car as an example, these are the costs for a customer to produce the same car to the same standard (totally stock interior):

1.Base car purchase = £550

2.Panel kit = £1695

3.Roll cage/Shell Brace= £275

4. Headlight covers = £60 (TBC - still in production/development)

5. Alloy wheels and tyres = £375 (used)

6. Prep and paint = £800

7. Fixings, bonding agent, filler abrasives etc = £80

8. Rear window (used) = £50

8. Lights, wipers, numberplates, grille/mesh, wheel spacers, fuel cap, mirrors, side window seals (used), exhaust trim, bonnet pins = £270

TOTAL £4155

Suspension, engine and interior upgrages can be added latter if budget is tight, better to get the car on the road and enjoy it.

I hope this helps, please feel free to ask for more information as you need it.
