Received my parts from Chris today, Stoked!
Shipped ACE a headliner part that I made for him and my
Body will be prepped tomorrow for re-fitting.

Need opinions about Tiger seal as adhesive for bonding the
body back on please.

Tiger Seal is the business. Don't expect to save a half-used tube however. Would need serious anti-moisture measures to prevent it setting. Sikaflex is a good alternative but costs double. Stixall is a Sika product and is a good all-round adhesive/sealant.

Laying out to pie cut the rear wheel arches. Need to gain 1.5 inches each side for my 15x7 wires. May have to make multiple cuts to keep a pleasing look. Fronts should be okay as is.

Finished the pie cuts on the rears. Glassed back together both inside and out. Pretty easy with the body upside down.
While I'm at it, I will reduce the size of the wheel arch return flanges to make them appear as wired or rolled edges.

Final skim of kitty hair and regular filler and a bit more sanding before high-build primer.

Moving right along.

As soon as my Grassbank parcel shelf arrives I'll finish the headliner and cheek panel upholstery. Them body goes back on.

Quite a bit of bodywork to do then as well.

I believe the parcel shelf has arrived - good luck with the next step of your build :-)

Small update. Flared rear arches done. Put behind by the weather here, brutal heat and rain. Finished flatting and high build primer done.
Unobtrusive view from the rear.

laying out the 250 grille slats. Anyone have photo of how it is installed? Want to trial fit the grille and fog lights before having
the grille surround plastic chromed.

no real updates as I'm gapping the body and templating cheek panels. Wound up making my own parcel shelf and trim.
turned out very nice.

Hi
I made up some brackets that wrap around the rear of the slats. Then I bought some Lucas style spotlight brackets
