Stonleigh Kit Car Show
Anyone going? It would be good to put some faces to all the "virtual" Sportster builders on the forum.

I went to the Detling show today to pick up some bits and pieces, so I've used up my "days out" tokens for a while, so probably won't be going to Stoneliegh as well. Please take some pictures if there are any nice Sportsters there.
Like Stuart, I keep changing my mind about which colour (not that I am anywhere near to having to make that decision!)
SVC now have LED rear lights like the new VW's, etc, very tempting but rather expensive?

Sorry Patrick, i didn't get any pictures.
They were £80 each, so I was just window shopping!

The ones I saw were like the Marlin 'Hamburger' style but clear plastic with LEDs.

I take it these shows are good place to buy stuff? One of my biggest problems with parts is not being able to look at them before buying as I get pretty much everything online!

Looks as if I've been given a pass to go to this... Not sure which day yet! (most likely May 1st) Will be taking camera to take lots of pics of Marlin's demonstartor, to see how they've done things - They're bound to come in handy.
