All the Reg Checker sites report this as :

Make: Other
Model: Other sports
Colour: Green & White.

So at least it's still it's original colour

I suspect some form of lo-cost? But the unusual front suspension may be the key here!

Hi, looks like Cortina Mk3 tie bars. Is the body aluminium on plywood? Is chassis purpose made? Has it a four link rear axle set up with coilovers and a panhard rod? More pictures required.

It looks like a O&C Sport from the eighties. Product of Martin Crowther.

Donors Morris Marina / Minor, Ford Escort or Toyota Celica/Carina

I only know what is in Peter Filby's book Classic Kit Cars published in 1997.
Produced 84-88. Number produced "quite a few"
Price guide in book £900-£3000.
Oldham & Crowther were based in Peterborough and Bromley in Kent try this link to see a pic of a sport like yours.
Must be worth rescuing.

Any kit with a correct log book has a value!!

The kit is worth what someone is prepared to pay if you are thinking of buying it as it is without a MOT and not running I would suggest £300-
would be a good starting point. If it was MOT'd and running £1200 or so.
